In order to be able to supply medical aid, many non-medical tasks must also be done. "All arounders" are just as important as highly qualified medical specialists. The horizon stretches from logistical specialists and administrators, who are responsible for all non-medical tasks in smaller missions, to highly specialized volunteers, like water specialists and financial controllers. All in all, the demand for non-medical volunteers is smaller and along with the selection criteria there is an additional, field-specific test.
